Auction Terms

Purchaser shall make a down payment at the conclusion of the auction of 15% of the purchase price in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or good personal check secured by purchaser's personal demand note payable to the Auctioneer. Balance to be paid for a general warranty and insurable title on or before 30 days. Taxes to be prorated in Kentucky.

TAXES : Taxes to be pro-rated on a calendar/fiscal year as of date of deed. Purchaser are to receive a General Warranty Deed and insurable title. Owners title insurance will be available to the purchaser at their own expense.

POSSESSION: Possession will be on date of deed.

PRIOR SALE: All properties are subject to prior sale.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the final contract selling prices.
