Thank you for presenting me the auction alternative in selling my business and real estate. Deciding to auction was the best decision I made in marketing my Rosemark Haven Bed and Breakfast in Bardstown, KY. I wanted to sell it before a new season started so I could have a break after 5 years of building the business and so the new buyer could enjoy the spring market. Time was becoming precious. There was strong interest but no one was making a decision.

The end result was very satisfactory. I sold my business to an experienced out of state bed & breakfast operator who will continue to operate it. In one day I sold all the antiques, art, and supplies for 3 homes (over 700 items) that was not included with the business. The auction was well attended and produced unexpected and welcome results. My auction was February 18, 2006 and my closing is today March 3, 2006 and I am on schedule
